Our Mission: Why You-Creations LLC?

Our mission is to customize thoughtful and personalized gift baskets that help establish, strengthen, build and re-kindle relationships. We want to be a part of helping others connect with one another, one gift at a time! We are not just selling gift baskets; we are creating memorable experiences.

In order to do this, we take the time to have purposeful and thoughtful conversations that help us intimately learn about the uniqueness of every individual basket recipient. This includes learning about their likes, dislikes, interests, hobbies and cultures too. We have been able to create gift baskets that capture the very essence of the individual who is receiving the gift, without meeting them.

Most importantly, providing excellent customer service is paramount and is a part of You-Creation’s DNA. We believe the customer service experience begins from the moment we say “hello” on the phone, or in person at our kiosk at the mall, and even throughout the individual consultation, customization, review and completion of the custom gift basket process.

Overall, we are committed to our mission of bringing customers together, providing high quality items, promoting sustainability through reusable baskets and creating unique and personalized experiences.
