A two-week minimum order lead time is required to give us time to look for your specific basket items. We do accept expedited orders (orders less than two weeks - based upon our availability). Expedited orders will require an additional fee, which you will be notified of the specific amount, and it will be added to your invoice. We also ask that you increase your order time frame during the following busy holidays: Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.

If you plan on purchasing multiple baskets, please complete a custom order form for each individual basket.
Once we receive your request(s), we will contact you by phone and/or email to go over your custom basket request details.
A MINIMUM $50.00 BUDGET IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOM GIFT BASKETS.
Once we receive and review your custom order form, we will provide you with an initial invoice that includes the overall price (Ex: Shipping/delivery, basket design, style, size, etc).
Once you approve your quote,
a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
is required to start creating your custom basket(s) and will be applied to the final bill.
We only accept electronic payment. Your invoice will provide multiple payment methods.
Once we create your custom basket, we will send you a picture of what it looks like
so we can finalize it. We will provide ONE REVIEW of your custom basket, and we will make any necessary tweaks. Any additional review(s) will incur an additional fee(s).
If additional items are requested to be added to the basket after it has been assembled and reviewed, you will be charged for the additional items prior to shipping your basket. If those additional items increase your basket size, you will be required to pay for the increase rate for the new basket.
We will update your invoice and send you the link to make your final payment before your basket is shipped.

If there are additional fees assessed after we have sent your initial invoice and received your non-refundable deposit (50%), we will update your invoice so you can make your final payment prior to shipping your basket.
VERY IMPORTANT:
We only accept electronic payment. Your invoice will provide multiple payment methods.
The final payment is required by the invoice due date (NO EXCEPTIONS).
If final payment is not received on the invoice due date, we reserve the right to keep your basket.
In addition, your invoice will be voided and we will not ship/deliver or schedule a pick up time.
The 50% non-refundable deposit will be held and not returned.

No International Shipping.

for your order to ship. You will receive

At this time, Delivery Service is limited to customers within Northern Virginia, Maryland and D.C. Metropolitan areas.
Delivery fees are separate and will be assessed and added as an additional fee
to your final order. We will let you know in advance if the provided delivery address is within our predetermined delivery radius. If the provided delivery address is outside of our delivery range, you will be required to pay the appropriate Shipping Fees.
Delivery service is available during normal business hours of Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)
and Saturday (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).
We do not provide delivery on Sundays.
If you prefer to pick up your custom basket, You-Creations LLC will provide pickup
in Woodbridge, Virginia.
You must schedule your pickup no later than two days after your final invoice is paid on the due date.
Pickup times are during normal business hours of Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am to 2:00 pm). We are closed on Sundays.
Due to limited storage, we are unable to keep your basket after the two-day window.
After that timeframe, we reserve the right to keep your basket and retain your entire payment.
Please note: We will only release the custom basket to the person listed on the paid invoice. Please bring identification (photo ID) for pickup.
If you have not received your order after
five (5) to seven (7) business days from the receipt of a shipping confirmation email, please email us IMMEDIATELY at youcreationsva@gmail.com.
In order for us to easily locate your order, please provide the following information:

We may contact you by email or by phone.
If you have received your order, and it was damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate you contacting us first so we can remedy this issue.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We treat each damage claim as a "case by case" issue, so we will accommodate based upon your given situation. We will make every effort to make it right so you are satisfied.
If any items are damaged upon arrival, we ask that you SUBMIT A DAMAGE CLAIM EMAIL IMMEDIATELY, BUT NO LATER THAN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS ARRIVED.

If a damage claim is not received within three (3) business days after your item has arrived, we WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS A DAMAGE CLAIM.
