A two-week minimum order lead time is required to give us time to look for your specific basket items.
We do accept expedited orders
(orders less than two weeks -
based upon our availability).
Expedited orders require an additional fee, which you will be notified of the specific amount, and it will be added to your invoice.

To get started, please submit a
Customer Order Form
by clicking the purple button at the bottom of this section.
If you plan on purchasing multiple baskets, please complete a custom order form for each individual basket.
Once we receive your request(s), we will contact you by phone and/or email to go over your custom basket request details.
After the initial conversation, we will provide you with an invoice that includes the overall price for the basket design, style, size, items and delivery/expedited fees.
Full payment is required by the
Invoice Due Date (NO EXCEPTIONS).
We will not start working on your basket until full payment is received.
We only accept electronic payment.
Your invoice will provide multiple payment methods.
Once we create your custom gift basket,
we will send a picture/video of what it looks like so we can finalize it.
We will provide ONE FREE REVIEW of your custom basket, and we will make any necessary tweaks. Any additional review(s) will incur an additional fee.
If additional items are requested to be added inside the basket after it has been assembled and reviewed, you will be charged for the additional items. If those additional items increase your basket size, you will be required to pay for the increase rate
for the new basket.
We will update your invoice and send you the link to make an additional payment before
we allow pickup/delivery of the basket.
If you prefer to pick up your custom basket, You-Creations LLC will provide pickup
in Woodbridge, Virginia.
As we have limited storage, we can not hold your basket for a long period of time.
You must schedule your PICKUP
no later than two (2) days after you are informed your basket is ready.
Pickup times are during normal business hours of Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am to 2:00 pm). We are closed on Sundays.

SCHEDULE A PICKUP:
You (or someone you designate) can
pick up your ordered basket.
However, you must provide a copy/photo of your invoice so we can ensure
we are giving the basket
to the correct person (who ordered).
You must schedule a pickup window by clicking on the purple button below.
We will not have your basket ready for pickup until we are notified of a
specific pick up time.
The appointment scheduler will provide the specific location/address for pickup.
At this time, Delivery Service is limited to customers within Northern Virginia, Maryland and D.C. Metropolitan areas.
We may provide some delivery to further areas within VA, MD and D.C.

will deliver to you!
Delivery fees are separate and will be assessed and added as an additional fee
to your final order. We will let you know in advance if the provided delivery address is within our predetermined delivery radius.

SCHEDULE A DELIVERY:
You must schedule a delivery window by clicking on the purple button below.
We will not have your basket ready for delivery until we are notified of a
specific pick up time.
The appointment scheduler will provide the specific location/address for pickup.
When you pick up or have your basket delivered, we will provide a pickup/delivery release form, which is required to be read and signed before You-Creations LLC releases the custom gift basket(s) to you or the intended recipient.
If your order is delivered, the person receiving the basket is responsible for reading and signing this form.
This also applies to anyone (you or someone else) who picks up the basket from
You-Creations LLC.
The release form will include
the following information: 1) custom order details, 2) You-Creations LLC has provided the ordered basket(s) in good condition, and 3) You-Creations LLC is no longer responsible for the condition of your custom gift basket order after it has been released.
In addition, the form will tell you how to properly handle your basket to avoid shifting and/or breaking items or causing
damage to the entire basket.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Never hold the basket by grabbing the top of the plastic bag it is wrapped in.
This will highly increase the chances of your basket falling out of the bag and potentially damaging item(s) and/or the entire basket.
Finally, if you need assistance with reassembling or rewrapping your basket due to mishandling, You-Creations LLC will assess an additional charge.
These are a few examples of additional fees and are not limited to these instances.
Due to limited storage, we are unable to keep your basket for a long period of time.
You are required to schedule a pickup/delivery of your basket no later than two (2) days after you are informed your basket is ready.
After the required two-day PICKUP/DELIVERY scheduling timeframe,
we reserve the right to charge you storage fees at a daily rate of 25% of your
original basket price.
If you do not schedule to pick up or have your basket delivered within two weeks after we have completed your basket,
we reserve the right to keep your basket, your original full payment, and the
right to resell your basket.

WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING SERVICES.
